Terms of Service

Cortya is a service of Fulcrum LLC ("Fulcrum," "we," "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Fulcrum LLC, the entity you contract with when you use Cortya. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Cortya provides fixed-scope, fixed-price professional software services — deliverable-based engagements such as App Store submission rescue, CI pipeline repair, and M365 Graph mail automation. Each engagement's scope is stated in writing (our scoping reply) before you pay; the scope you approve is the scope we deliver. Engagements are one-time services, not subscriptions.

Your account

Where the service involves signing in, you sign in with your email address. Keep it accurate and don't share access to sign-in links; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep all rights to the code, materials, and content you provide. You grant Fulcrum a limited license to store and process that material solely to deliver the engagement to you. You confirm you have the necessary rights to anything you provide.

Client access

Some engagements require access to your repositories, app-store accounts, or admin portals. You grant us the minimum scoped access needed to deliver, for the duration of the engagement only. We use that access solely to deliver the engagement, keep any credentials in an encrypted vault — never in logs, source, or shared channels — and relinquish access when the engagement ends.

Acceptable use

• Provide only material and access you have the right to give.
• Don't use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Don't interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or other users.

Fees and billing

Engagements are one-time fixed prices, paid via Stripe payment links. Founding-rate discounts (the first three clients per service, in exchange for an honest public review) are offered at our discretion. Cancellation and refunds — including our scoped-fix guarantee — are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulcrum is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and Fulcrum's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content rights, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing notice

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fulcrum LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
