Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cortya is a service of Fulcrum LLC. We keep this simple.

Engagements

Cortya services are one-time, fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements paid via Stripe payment links. The scope is stated in writing (our scoping reply) before work starts. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

The scoped-fix guarantee

If we don't deliver the scoped fix — the deliverable named in the scoping reply you approved — you don't pay: we refund the engagement in full. This includes the case where you paid first and your issue turns out to be out of scope.

Cancellation

Cancel any time before work starts by emailing hello@cortya.com — that's a full refund. Once work has started, the scoped-fix guarantee above governs: delivered means earned, not delivered means refunded.

Founding rate

Each service's first three clients receive 50% off in exchange for an honest public review after delivery. Founding-rate engagements carry the same scoped-fix guarantee.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take several business days to appear.
